The hotel was good small, my room was absolutely fabulous. Its staff were extremely accommodating and accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed my rooms with a private whirlpool. The venue was in a beautiful and fantastic location next to waterfalls and mountains. In the restaurant they served Western cuisine dishes.

Good service, parking on site. Huge and reasonably spacious room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a seating area. - Excellent staff. - Stunning location really close to the jungle above where there are a couple of spots to bathe, the big waterfall, and the main restaurant for breakfast.

The room with private pool and steam room was awesome! The sound of the river was fantastic. The guide Lakmal was an absolute highlight for us. We had so much fun hiking to the waterfall, rock jumping and swimming.
Felt very happy, no complaints whatsoever.

I always choose this place for my stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, restaurant, outdoor pool, flat-screen TV, sauna. The staff even helped me find a car service once. I'll be back for Easter!

The rooms at Palmstone Retreat are simply breathtaking! I stayed in the Nelum room and it was like stepping into a dream. The luxurious comfort and privacy were impeccable. I felt like a queen!
Subjectively, I felt that the lighting in the room was a bit too dim. But hey, some people might prefer a cozy ambiance, right?

The setting amidst the rainforest is breathtaking. Friendly staff and amazing manager. Spacious and tastefully designed rooms. Great activities like river walks and waterfall visits. Beautiful property with its own waterfall.
Nothing not to like.

The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the lush jungle and river below. The staff also did their best to accommodate our needs and were generally quite friendly. The room decor was also quite nicely done, with attention to detail.
The food left much to be desired, with limited options and some dishes were not appetizing at all. the room was not well-maintained, with some broken amenities that had not been repaired.

Staying in this hotel was a one-of-a-kind experience for me. The villa that I stayed in was complete with a private pool and steam room that made my stay absolutely amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect - surrounded by lush green forest with the sound of a nearby river that was very calming and relaxing. I had an unforgettable time hiking to the waterfall, rock jumping, and swimming under the expert guidance of Lakmal, our guide. The hotel staff was very helpful, and they made sure that my stay was comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner that they served, especially the rice pudding with dahl.
Nothing it was perfect.

Nestled in a serene, rustic ambiance surrounded by lush greenery, this retreat is a wonderful choice for those seeking a peaceful escape. Located near a small village, it is perfect for those looking for a quaint dinner spot. the rooms are elegantly designed with a scenic view of the forest. the service is friendly and the breakfast is scrumptious.
Sadly, the adventure activities didn't meet my expectations.

The staff were absolutely amazing - so attentive and friendly! Our room had a hot tub outside, which was mind-blowing as it made us feel like we were in the heart of the rainforest. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The pool with its underwater sound system was jaw-droppingly fantastic. The hotel's location near Borderlands allowed for easy access to Kayaking and White Water Rafting, just a short tuk tuk drive away. The staff even took us to a nearby waterfall which was a breathtaking sight. And of course, the food - it was truly five star and left us wanting more. our experience at this hidden gem was simply fantastic and one we will never forget.

Nice place to stay, surrounded by nature. the best part of the hotel was the river at the back of the property. It was a great experience to go for a swim there. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel rooms gave a good view of the surrounding greenery. A perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
The hotel was far from the city and had a very narrow and winding road to reach there. the final stretch was quite dangerous and risky.
